Pollution investigation and management of agricultural environment

　　Through the investigation of the certified laboratory approved by the Taiwan Environmental Protection Agency, we will understand the agricultural environmental pollution problems, including irrigation water quality, farmland soil and crop pollution investigation, monitoring and evaluation. At the same time, we integrate the practices to assist in the management of various types of waste water discharge, the survey of sediment quality, the management of irrigation water quality. We assist in the planning and formulation of irrigation water quality management strategies to assist agricultural conservation and sustainable use of land and water resources.

Groundwater and Well Management

　　We assist in the monitoring and research of environmental quality and ecological surveys through the testing of certified laboratories approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. In addition to establishing a complete water quality background data and clarifying the relationship between water quality and environmental changes, it also analyzes the causes of pollution and assists in improving strategies. The researches are done to help protect people is water quality and sustainable use of water resources. For example, we has continued to assist the water quality monitoring and algae ecological surveys for Shimen Reservoir, Baoshan Reservoir, Tehchi Reservoir, the catchment area of each reservoir and the photovoltaic pond, etc. Use the results of surveys to describe the correlation between water quality and the environment.

Groundwater and Well Management

　　The surface water resources in Taiwan are limited and unevenly distributed. Therefore, groundwater has become an important water resource in Taiwan. With the long-term continuous monitoring of groundwater quality, a total of 832 self-recorded observation wells in 9 large groundwater areas have been selected for sampling and analysis. In order to ensure the quality of groundwater quality, and to grasp the general situation and trends of groundwater quality in Taiwan, in addition to the analysis of the causes of groundwater pollution, it is also used as a reference for the allocation of emergency backup water areas. In addition, this group also assists in planning the groundwater observation network well assessment operation process, summarizing the classification of well conditions and subsequent maintenance improvement programs, and proposes the cause of distortion of wells.

Environmental Education Promotion

　　With the assistance of professional environmental education certification personnel, the inventory of certification resources will be applied to the field where the environmental education facility certification is to be applied, and the planning of the future operational objectives of the field, the design of the environmental education curriculum plan, and the application of the certification application documents will be assisted. After the field has passed the certification, it will also assist in the field operation and promotion through field planning, professional manpower, curriculum plan and management planning. This group has complete planning and operation experience and ability from the resource inventory, certification planning, certification application, extension evaluation and extension application of the educational community. Leverage the promotion of environmental education to contribute to the sustainable development of the environment.

Training of Irrigation Water Quality Determination and Management

　　Through regular training courses, the irrigation water quality testing technology and management capabilities of the staff members from irrigation associations will be strengthened and to ensure and improve the quality of irrigation water quality monitoring data. At the same time, the lab has also passed the certification of the Ministry of Labor Skills Certification Center, and has become a qualified technician qualification test room (勞中二字第0990006053號). According to the government policy, the B-level irrigation and drainage technician water quality test will be applied to assist The quality of agricultural water is strictly controlled.

Certified environmental analytical laboratories approved by the Taiwan Environmental Protection Agency

　　The laboratory of the Environmental Group was the Certificated Environmental Testing Laboratory certified by Environmental Protection Agency in 2006 (環署環檢字第130號). At present, it has obtained a number of sampling and testing and analysis licenses for surface water and sediment. We can provide the detection services for environmental samples such as surface water, sediment, groundwater, soil and crops.
